I'm Back

I have been disappeared from here for almost 5 months...
Due to my laziness to blog, Internet connection broke down in hostel, busy for college stuff.. plenty of excuses I can give.. I even think that facebook have done a good job to update my recent activities, why wasting time to blog. lol.
Well, say Yes.. I am lazy!!!

Without hesitating, let's update myself abt what I have been busy for.
First, I am officially 21st. Entitled as adult but still a kiddy-minded youth. tsktsk** A blessed birthday I had. The Celebration, pressie and surprises from my classmates and housemates was lovely. Thanks to all :) Another awesome celebration in Federal Hotel from my lovely ji muiss. A delayed but a memorable one! Love you girls <3



Second, I have just finished my year two final exam and moving on to year three next semester. Just One more year to go and I will be officially a graduate. Time flies, I would say. I dont even realise that I have been living in kampar for almost 3 years!!! A lil, quiescent town when I was here. And now it still a lil town but with more and more cars and peeps buzz around. A lovely place that's no longer a stranger to me. Indeed, I spent most my time here. As usual, ve been busy as a typical uni student. When comes to exam, everyone ll be staying up late night to study; When the exams over, everyone still staying up late for celebration. That's what we called it uni life. Just before the study break, we went to cameron for a lil short break away from the suffocating continous testsss and assignments.That's was a great trip, with full of laughter! especially with crazzy friends.

Internship

Hi peeps, I am back!
I have been busy for other stuff rather than sitting down in front of comp to update my blog. Kinda lazy ;)
I am sick of those weekly, monthly and final report for my industrial attachment. So, I prefer to write this post in Q&A format. That's would be much easier I guess.

1. How was my internship?
One word. BORED. From the first day of training, I started to love 5pm very much! Cant wait till 5 every day! It's simply because I ll be out of the lab at 5pm!

2. Do I like my training?
I would say half-half. I like the ppl but I don like the work. I like to tag along with the interns & some of the staff thr. We used to go out for lunch, hide in microbio room to gossip or share interest and find chances to visit the wards or walk around the hospital. That's the fun part! When comes to work, I don't really like it. That's not what I expect! Frankly speaking, I am regret to turn down the offer from IMR!

3. What have "Me" learned?
Ok. I learned all those medical term, screening test, fundamental theory in medical lab.. (I can always give you my final report to read if you wanna know more. LOL!) BUT, the most important lesson I have learned wasnt mentioned in the report. The ugly truth!! I learn the ugly truth in d industry. Guess what? I dont believe until I get through it myself.

5. Shall I become MLT in future?
I would say No. We shall c what happen in future. lol.

6. The most wonderful day during training
The last day in Lab!!! I have the best lunch ever. The very first n last time all the staffs were having lunch together gather..

7. The most terrible day during training
The first day in Lab!!! Because I am NOT attached to the department I applied for. I regret!

8. Task that I like the most in lab
To seperate serum from blood. Don ask me why. I dunno why. Maybe is the easiest job.

10. Interesting experiences as trainees
My first time experience to perform glucose finger prick testing for public. Joy (another trainee) and I did glucose finger prick testing for Kenny Roger's staffs that attended the healty diet in Berjaya Times Square. I was suprised that most of the ladies were so scared of that little lancet would hurt their finger. lol.

11. How "Me" feel about the lab?
Some words are left better not said.
